Line 1

Here's the page for all of the Line 1 Station's scores and results. Line 1 is the longest line and operates from Finch at Finch and Yonge, to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre at Hwy 7.

YONGE - UNIVERSITY - SPADINA

Vaughan Metropolitan Centre

The end of Line 1 on the west side of the U, this station is located at Highway 7 and Jane Street in Vaughan, Ontario. Serving Brampton Transit and YRT alike. This station opened in 2017.

Highway 407

Located in Vaughan, Ontario at Highway 407 GO Bus Terminal. Street location is Jane Street and Highway 407. This station opened in 2017.

Pioneer Village

Located in North York, this station sits at the northern border of York University and the city of Toronto. This station is located at the intersection of Steeles Avenue West and Northwest Gate. This station opened in 2017.

Finch West

Finch West has an interchange with Line 6 Finch West, this station is located at the intersection of Keele Street and Finch Avenue West. It serves as the end of the York University Busway and Line 6. This station opened in 2017.

Downsview Park

Located at Downsview Park GO Station, this station serves a connection to the GO Station and Downsview Park. Access to Centennial College is available by boarding the 101 Downsview Park bus. This station opened in 2017.

York University

Located in the Keele Campus of York University. This station is located at York Blvd and Ian MacDonald Blvd. This station opened in 2017.

Sheppard West

Sheppard West, formerly named Downsview. Was the former terminus of Line 1 from 1996-2017. It was renamed to Sheppard West to avoid confusion with Downsview Park station in 2017. Located at Sheppard Avenue West and Allen Road. This station opened in 1996 as Downsview.

Wilson

Wilson is located in North York, serving as one of the largest bus terminals in the city and having access to Wilson Yard, the largest TTC yard in the city so far. Located at Wilson Avenue and Allen Road. This station opened in 1978 as the terminus of the Spadina extension of Line 1.

Yorkdale

Yorkdale is located east of Yorkdale Mall in North York, serving a connection to GO Transit at the mall. This station opened in 1978.

Lawrence West

Lawrence West is located in North York, serving connection to the Lawrence-Allen Centre west of the station and many surface routes. Located at Lawrence Avenue West and Allen Road. This station opened in 1978.

Glencairn

Glencairn is located in North York at Allen Road and Glencairn Avenue. This station opened in 1978.

Cedarvale

Cedarvale, (formerly Eglinton West) is located both in Toronto and York, this serves as a connection to Line 5 as well as many surface bus routes. Located at Allen Road and Eglinton Avenue West. This station opened in 1978 as Eglinton West.

St. Clair West

St. Clair West is located at the intersection of St. Clair Avenue West and Bathurst Street. Serving connection to the 512 St. Clair Streetcar, the furthest north streetcar line. This station opened in 1978.

Dupont

Dupont is located at the intersection of Dupont Street and Spadina Road in Toronto. This station opened in 1978.

Spadina

Spadina is located at the intersection of Lowther Avenue and Spadina Road, it interchanges with Line 2 via a long walkway in the station. This is one of the busiest stations on the network. It also serves a connection to the 510 Spadina streetcar. This station opened on Line 1 in 1978.

St. George

St. George is the second busiest station on the entire network, serving a connection to Line 2. It is located at the intersection of St. George Street and Bloor Street West. This station opened in 1963. This station served as the terminus of the University extension in 1963.

Museum

Museum is located at Charles Street West in Queen's Park. This station serves a connection to Queen's Park and the Royal Ontario Museum. This station opened in 1963.

Queen's Park

Queen's Park is located at the intersection of College Street and University Avenue in the Queen's Park Area. This station serves a connection to the 506 Carlton streetcar and the Toronto General Hospital. This station opened in 1963.

Fun Fact: This station is one of two  entirely bored stations along with St. Patrick.

St. Patrick

St. Patrick is located at the intersection of Dundas Street West and University Avenue in Downtown Toronto, this station has a connection to the SickKids Hospital just north of the station. This station opened in 1963.

Osgoode

Osgoode is located at the intersection of Queen Street West and University Avenue in Downtown Toronto. This station has a connection to Toronto City Hall at Nathan Phillips Square and the 501 Queen streetcar. This station will also be a station on the future Ontario Line. This station opened in 1963.

St. Andrew

St. Andrew is located at the intersection of King Street West and University Avenue in Downtown Toronto. This station serves a connection to the 503, 504 and 508 streetcars. This station opened in 1963.

Union

Union Station is located in Downtown Toronto beneath Toronto Union Station, which serves the UP Express, GO Transit, VIA Rail and AMTRAK Trains. This station was the southern terminus for Line 1 in 1954 when it first opened, making it one of the oldest subway stations in the city. This station serves a connection to the 509 and 510 streetcars via an underground loop. This station is located at the intersection of Front Street West and Bay Street.

King

King is located in Downtown Toronto at the intersection of King Street and Yonge Street. Serving a connection to the 503, 504 and 508 streetcars on-street. This station opened in 1954.

Queen

Queen is located in Downtown Toronto at the intersection of Queen Street and Yonge Street. Serving a connection to the 501 Queen streetcar. This station also has a walking connection to the Toronto Eaton Centre. This station will be a future interchange for the Ontario Line. This station opened in 1954.

Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU)

TMU, formerly Dundas. Is located at the intersection of Dundas Street and Yonge Street. This station serves a connection to the 505 Dundas streetcar, as well as the Toronto Eaton Centre, Toronto Metropolitan University and Sankofa Square. This station opened in 1954.

College

College is located in Downtown Toronto at the intersection of College Street and Yonge Street. This station serves a connection to the 506 Carlton streetcar. This station opened in 1954.

Wellesley

Wellesley is located in Downtown Toronto at the intersection of Wellesley Street and Yonge Street. This station serves a connection to the 94 Wellesley bus. This station opened in 1954.

Bloor-Yonge

Bloor-Yonge, commonly referred to as Bloor. Is the busiest station on the TTC network. This station opened in 1954 as Bloor, but was renamed to Bloor-Yonge in 1966 when Line 2 opened. This station serves a connection to Line 2 and is considered one of the most overcrowded stations in the city. This station is located at the intersection of Bloor Street and Yonge Street.

Rosedale

Rosedale is located in the city of Toronto at the intersection of Crescent Road and Yonge Street. This station serves a connection to the 82 Rosedale bus. This station opened in 1954.

Fun Fact: Rosedale's tiles have rose carvings on them.

Summerhill

Summerhill is located in the city of Toronto at the intersection of Shaftesbury Avenue and Yonge Street. This station opened in 1954.

St. Clair

St. Clair is located in the city of Toronto at the intersection of St. Clair Avenue and Yonge Street. This station serves a connection to the 512 St. Clair streetcar, the northern-most streetcar route in the city. This station opened in 1954.

Davisville

Davisville is located in the city of Toronto at the Intersection of Davisville Avenue / Chaplin Crescent and Yonge Street. This station serves a connection to multiple surface bus routes, the TTC customer service centre and Davisville Yard. This station opened in 1954.

Eglinton

Eglinton is located in the city of Toronto at the intersection of Eglinton Avenue and Yonge Street. This station serves multiple surface bus routes and in the future, Line 5. This station was the northern terminus of the Yonge Subway when it opened in 1954.

Lawrence

Lawrence is located in the city of Toronto at the intersection of Lawrence Avenue and Yonge Street. This station serves connections to multiple surface bus routes. This station opened in 1973.

York Mills

York Mills is located in North York at the intersection of York Mills Road / Wilson Avenue and Yonge Street. This station serves connections to GO Transit buses and multiple surface bus routes. It was the northern terminus of the Yonge North extension in 1973.

Sheppard-Yonge

Sheppard-Yonge is located in North York at the intersection of Sheppard Avenue and Yonge Street. This station serves a connection to Line 4 Sheppard and multiple surface bus routes. It was the planned northern terminus of the Yonge North extension in 1973, but was pushed to 1974 with a longer extension to Finch. This station is the current terminus of Line 4. This station opened in 1974.

North York Centre

North York Centre is located in North York at the intersection of Park Home Avenue / Empress Avenue and Yonge Street below North York Centre. This station serves a connection to North York Centre. This station opened in 1987 as an infill station.

Finch

Finch is located in North York at the intersection of Finch Avenue and Yonge Street. This is the current terminus of the Yonge-University line since 1974, plans are to extend the line to Richmond Hill in the future. This station serves a connection to the Finch GO Bus Terminal, which has connections to YRT and GO Transit. Multiple TTC surface routes also go here.
