DL&W Station

Located at Michigan and South Park, this station originally served as the terminus for intercity rail lines stopping in Buffalo, The NFTA has been working to restore it and DL&W Station opened on December 8th, 2025.

Canalside

Located at Scott Street, Canalside Station is the former south terminus of the Metro Rail. It is adjacent to the Courtyard Marriott Hotel. This station opened in 1984.

Seneca

Located at Seneca Street, this station services a variety of businesses and the Sahlen Field. This station opened in 1984.

Church Street

Located at Church Street & Main Street, this station serves connections to multiple bus routes and it nears the Nikola Tesla Park. This station opened in 1984.

Lafayette Square

Located at Court St / Lafayette Square,  this station serves connections to multiple bus routes as well as a walking connection to the Buffalo Convention Center. This station also has a connection to Lafayette Square which is southeast of the station. This station opened in 1984.

Fountain Plaza

Located at Fountain Plaza, this station serves walking connections to bus routes on Fountain Plaza / Huron Street. This station opened in 1984.

Allen - Medical Campus

Allen-Medical Campus, originally named Allen-Hospital, is located at Allen Street. This station has connections to multiple bus routes as well as the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and Oishei Children's Hospital. This station opened in 1985 and was renamed to Allen - Medical Campus in 2003.

Summer - Best

Located at Summer Street / Best Street, this station has connections to multiple bus routes. This station opened in 1985.

Utica

Located at Utica Street. this station serves connections to multiple bus routes on-street. This station opened in 1985.

Delevan - Canisius College

Delevan-Canisius College, originally named Delevan-College, is located at Delevan Avenue. This station serves connection to multiple bus routes as well as Canisius University. This station opened in 1985, and was renamed in 2003.

Humboldt - Hospital

Humboldt-Hospital is located at Kensington Avenue. This station serves connection to multiple bus routes as well as the Sisters Hospital Foundation. This station opened in 1985.
