Humber College is located at the intersection of Highway 27 and Humber College Blvd. This station serves connections to Humber College, Brampton Transit routes, MiWay routes and YRT routes. This station also has a connection to Etobicoke General Hospital. This is one of two underground stations on the line. This station opened in 2025.
